Do you have the guts to answer these questions and re-post as The Controversial Survey?
Yes, I have guts, thanks. They digest things.
Would you do meth if it was legalized?
No... would you jump off a cliff if it was legalized??
 Abortion: for or against it?
Morally, I'm very strongly against it. I think it's wrong. Politically, I sway back and forth between "we shouldn't encourage it" and "people do lots of wrong things legally, why should this be different?". Things like partial-birth abortion are barbaric and I am embarrassed to be part of a country that even considers it.
Do you think the world would fail with a female president?
No, though she might have problems earning respect from some of the other countries in the world with different cultural attitudes toward women, which could be a problem.
Do you believe in the death penalty?
No. I believe in forgiveness, redemption, a second chance, and that death should only be dealt out by God Himself.
Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
I don't care. I really don't.
Are you for or against premarital sex?
Against. People should need a licence to do anything that can result in that much responsibility.
 Do you believe in God?
More than I believe in the air I breathe or the ground I walk on.
Do you think same-sex marriage should be legalized?
In the eyes of the State, I'm not really in favor but not bothered enough to make a fuss. In the eyes of God, it will never be legit, and I don't see how any self-respecting minister could agree to conduct the ceremony.
Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
Not too bothered, really. Just like anybody else, if they commit a[nother] crime they should be punished. But if they don't, then why make a fuss? The economy actually depends on their labor force. For hispanics especially (because - I'm sorry - widespread racism/ethnicism), it is actually REALLY hard to go the legal route. Either stop complaining, or make immigration laws a lot easier.
A twelve-year-old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
It's up to her. I don't she how she would do it without the support of her family; adoption either by people she knows or through an adoption agency would be my recommendation. This, btw, leads back to Q.07 - why I'm against pre-marital sex. If it's not wrong for you at your age, why is it wrong for her at her age? Where do you draw the line?
Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
If you can vote and be drafted, then why on earth not?? Granted, it must have some good effect - people are expected to start drinking at 14 in the UK and alcohol problems are much worse here - but I just can't see the real justification.
Should the war in Iraq be called off?
I don't know, I'm not a foreign policy expert.
Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
It should be legal, but there should be secure parameters in place to make sure that it is not abused by a) People in great psychological distress making spur-of-the-moment decisions, and b) The State, wanting to save some Medicare money.
Do you believe in spanking your children?
Yes. Just don't take it too far. Simple.
Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
As long as I didn't have to go to prison or any other real consequences for it, heck I'd do it for $20. It's just a piece of cloth. Allegiance to an object, as if it was the equivalent to what the object is standing for is... what is that again?... oh, YES. IDOLATRY. I thought we were over that.
Who do you think would make a better president? McCain or Obama?
Obama. If nothing else then for the PR. But I kinda like him anyway, which is saying something for a politician.
Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers?
Not really. I think everybody already pretty much knows. !
